Cancellation policy - To prevent any late cancellation charge, I ask that you give us 24 hours notice of any cancellation.  If less than 24 hours is given you will be charged the full amount of the missed private/virtual session.  This is the fairest policy for both parties and for others wishing to book an appointment.
